and populations. This State Chapter and this Web Site objective is
to establish, maintain, and to promote lectures, entertainment,
and exhibitions concerning wild turkeys, our hunting heritage and
other areas of related interest for the general public and for more........

MSU to Build Shooting Sports, Education and Training Center
In January 2008 the Michigan State Chapter board of directors approved a $50,000 commitment to sponsor a shooting lane for the new proposed MSU Demmer Shooting Sports, Education and Training Center.

Growth and progress define the NWTF as it has made impressive strides in wild turkey restoration and habitat enhancement by forging dynamic partners and grass root members have raised and spent millions of dollars on projects benefiting wild turkeys throughout North America.

As rich as these triumphs have been in enhancing wild turkey populations, there is still much work to do. However, with a growing force of member volunteers and dedicated partners, there is no limit in what can be accomplished.
